If you have a google device just tell google now "call google plex." Any android powered phone that has a modern OS: Jelly Bean, KitKat and Lollipop will call google.

Contact isn't the problem.
Google is setup so that you must do things online through the page they've provided.
Even if your account is locked, they have a method you must do.
I personally think it is a pain in the ass, and if I had trouble with it, I'd switch.
I don't have a google account, but have taken a look at the contact methods.
They do work, just require some looking.
